Veronica and Brett’s Kiva Club wedding in Trilogy of Vistancia was glamorous, joyful and full of cohesiveness within their wedding stationery details. Read on to see how Veronica and Brett’s custom wedding invitations set the tone for their big day.
Kiva Club is the perfect Arizona wedding venue! The club house and event center at the Trilogy of Vistancia Golf Course is located in northern Peoria, Arizona, about 45 minutes from Phoenix. The ceremony space has panoramic views of desert mountains and lush green golf course landscape. One of their reception spaces is the Tewa Ballroom with large nano doors opening up towards the cocktail hour patio.
Veronica knew she wanted elegant and classic custom wedding invitations with gold and black details. During Veronica’s one-on-one design session, we went through a of couple ideas to determine her stationery style. After looking through some material samples, Veronica fell in love with the idea of black paper, white text and gold deckled edges. The gold deckled edges and the wax seal really elevated the overall look and gave it a romantic feel.
The couple exchanged their vows on Kiva Club’s wedding event lawn. Their ceremony was sweet and simple with white rose petals down the aisle and a champagne linen draped on Kiva Club’s arch that comes with the ceremony space. The backdrop is a gorgeous lush hedge wall and behind the hedge are the desert mountains that your guests will see while walking towards the ceremony upon arrival.
We carried that same black background and white text throughout her day of signage. For her welcome sign we added the gold edges to bring guests full circle back to the invitation.
The Tewa Ballroom holds up to 150 guests and has a large built in dance floor. Champagne satin linens draped the guest tables with a mix of tall and short luscious florals for centerpieces.
The grand entrance was certainly a surprise! Once the bride and groom walked in with their beer bong, everyone knew it was going to be a fun night!
For the sweetheart table, Veronica wanted this to stand out and be romantic. Deidre from Dei-Zinz Fresh Studio (florist) added in black taper candles in vases for a moody and romantic touch, just like her custom invitations.
Remember the gold deckled edges on the invitation? Here it is again on the wedding cake! A perfect way to continue the cohesive look! This stunning cake was created by Silver Rose Bakery.
Instead of menus at each place setting, the bride and groom decided to have “thank you notes” for each guest. We changed up the color of the paper but kept the same font for a cohesive look. Lastly, we added the wax seal from their wedding invitations to their thank you notes to tie it all together.
Veronica and Brett had local calligrapher, Bri, from Penned and Pretty, create their custom seating chart on a mirror. Bri mimicked the script font from the invitations and recreated the monogram we designed for their wax seals.
At the end of the night, the newlyweds enjoyed a private last dance and a sparkler exit with their guests.
